Features and Application
RPM series of high efficiency red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch is environmentally friendly, meeting with the requirements of the EU RoHS directive. The  product  has  high flame retardant efficiency, convenient to use and safe to operate . No dust pollution and good thermal stability.

 

Compared with using halogenated flame retardant, RPM series flame retard.ant masterbatch has the following advantages:

R & D History

 

RPM series red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch began to research in1990, and passed the technical identification of Chemical Industry Ministry in 1997. It won the Third Class Awa rd of Science and Technology Advancement of National Petrifaction Office in 1999. Not only domestic customers widespread use of this product, but also RPM Series red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch volume exported to Germany, Italy, Turkey, Taiwan, India and other countries and regions since 2004.

 

The IS09001 quality management system certification was awarded by the new age of China Certification Center in 2003. We achieved the ISO /TS 16949: 2009 quality management system certification in 2014.And then we passed the GJB19001 C- 2009 quality management system certification of the new age certification center in 2015 .
