NBR/FKM Screen Printing Partial Coating, Products for OEM market and aftermarket

The increasing demands call for an exact match between cylinder-head gasket and engine.

Cylinder-head gaskets produced by our china factory are sophisticated components that are always customized to requirements.

The technical superiority of our products is especially apparent in diesel engines and high-performance gasoline engines with direct fuel injection and is reflected in the following key features:

  • Metal technology

  • Elastomer coating for micro sealing

  • High thermal stability

  • Compensation of high dynamic sealing gap movement

Then we are using our NBR/FKM Screen Printing partial coating technology/knowledge to support our gasket customers to offer high quality and reduce cost

Features:

lGood thixotropic performance, clear edges and plump lines, ensuring appropriate screen printing thickness

lNo primer required, resistant to high temperature, fuel, and various chemical media; excellent crush resistance

lIt can be vulcanized at low temperature to save energy.

Method of use

1.Degrease, rust, sandblast, passivate or oxidize the metal substrate, wash and dry it before use.

2. Mix HT-110, HT-110B, and HT-110C in a wight ratio of 100:8:3 and filter them with a 200-mesh filter before screen printing. When using, an appropriate amount of ethylene glycol butyl ether or butyl acetate can be added as a diluent according to requirements, and the amount must be controlled within 20% of the mixed solution.

3. After the screen-printed material is naturally dried (surface dry), transfer it to the oven for curing. Curing conditions: 200℃×40 ~50minutes.

Packaging and storage

This product is packed in plastic or iron drums and placed in a cool, ventilated, dry place away from fire sources. The storage period is 6 months; if it exceeds the shelf life, it can only be used after passing the process test.

Caution:

1.Stir the paint up and down evenly before use. After adding diluent, the solid content of the paint will decrease, which may affect the thickness of the coating film. Therefore, a test should be done before adding.

2.Before adding the curing agent, shake the curing agent up and down and filter it with a 200 mesh mesh; when adding the curing agent, stir while adding it; after adding the curing agent, the viscosity of the paint will gradually increase even at lower temperatures. It is best to use up the prepared paint every time.

3.After each use of HT-110B and HT-110C, store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
